Venue Info:

  The newly renovated facility (approx. 2600 S/F) includes a medium-sized open Dance Hall that can be used for a multitude of events.

• The main hall has an open space of approx. 1500 s/s with brand-new maple Hardwood floors.

• Mirrors, Tables and chairs, and a full sound system make it ideal for your next party celebration. The stereo system allows for a hookup of several audio players.

• A comfortable venue with a waiting room "lobby", separate women's and men's restrooms, Kitchenette area & Backstage Dressing or Bridal Room.

• Our venue is fully equipped for selective Receptions of 100 & under, Private Parties including Birthdays and Showers, Corporate Functions, and many more Private Rental Needs.

 

Our regular studio group classes are usually held Monday through Wednesday between 5:00 pm -9:00 pm & select weekends between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. At other times, the studio is available for rent. The street of Lane Allen is a highly visible street with easy access from Harrodsburg Road, just minutes from downtown Lexington or New Circle Road. Instructors and Organizations that rent the studio on a regular basis may have the opportunity to advertise their classes/events in the studio and on some social media platforms associated with The Salsa Center Dance Studio.

Possible Rental Uses include but are not limited to:

Space rentals for activities like Yoga/Pilates and other wellness classes / Dance, Music and Art classes, Film/Photo Shoot/PR/Marketing Event, Dance or Birthday Parties / Annual Events, or Parties, Lecture/Seminar / Conference/Convention / Corporate Meetings, etc.

Setting up your rental with A/V Virtual Conference for remote presenters (seminars, webinars, conferences, etc) will incur additional costs if such equipment is not lent by and operated by your institutional partners.
