Contract Agreement

ONE MONTH UNLIMITED DROP-IN DANCE CLASSES

​

Your monthly membership begins on the day you purchase this contract and it allows you to take an unlimited amount of ADULT group classes while you are a member. Fitness classes are included. You also get free entry to our social dance parties if you arrive by 8 pm. You will be charged automatically every month on the same date.

Workshops, private lessons, parties, and events are NOT included in your membership. Classes sessions ARE included.

BE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK AVAILABILITY FOR  YOUR SPOT BEFORE YOU ATTEND A CLASS.

 

This membership is only valid for adult group classes. Kid’s classes are NOT included.

Should you wish to terminate this contract, please email thesalsacenter@gmail.com with your request. Your contract will end immediately. You will not receive a refund for the current month for which you have already paid. Your automatic payments will stop after that month expires.

The Salsa Center will NOT issue a refund for past months if you have not taken classes and you have forgotten to request a contract termination in writing (via email).

By purchasing this contract you understand that monthly fees are subject to change due to changes in class/package pricing. This contract allows for 10% savings per month based on the current price of the ONE MONTH UNLIMITED PACKAGE.
